Mrs. Rana Shahin is an attorney in Jordan, specializing in Intellectual Property. She first launched her career at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, where she gained firsthand insight into the pharmaceutical industry. This experience led her to pursue an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from George Washington University.
Mrs. Shahin has as extensive background in international contracts, like Licensing Agreements, CDMO Agreements, Manufacturing & Supply Agreements, Clinical Trails Agreements (CTAs), Strategic Alliances, Joint Ventures (JVs) & Co-Development, Quality Agreements (QAs), Distribution & Marketing Agreements, Technology Transfer Agreements. Mrs. Shahin has mastered the art of negotiating win-win outcomes for all parties involved.
Integrating her academic background with her professional experience, Mrs. Shahin has cultivated robust analytical skills and strategic foresight, alongside a proven ability to manage risk and oversee regulatory frameworks. Mrs. Shahin is taking an essential role in driving our JNL Biopharmaceutics development projects forward.
